Serenity of location and walks in grounds. Good food and views from room of Erskine Bridge.
Only comment would be bar snack menu restrictive in choice.
It will be very nice once the refurb is completed
Large hotel easy to find. The rooms were ok.
Worn out hotel, out of date and oldfashioned. Friendly staff. When you walk through the hotel you can see that it needs maintainance, but where to start. It's a shame that this hotel has the name of the cosmopolitan group. Blow it up and rebuild it again.
Room was fine and meals reasonable price and OK - good location
heating in room would not turn down - very hot and could not sleep - one lift out of order and the otherone very very very slow and doors faulty, also used constantly by hotel staff. In some areas a bit delapidated. Not a 4 star hotel. No action taken to fix hetaing in room
I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a liesure complex which I put to full use, all staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The staff were very pleasant and helpfull, the evening meal was also very good.
Friendly staff, convenient location,no fuss check-in, breakfast more than adequate convenient stopover for road to the isles. I would not stay longer than one night.
This is my second visit in two years and was disappointed by the bar meals. No improvement. There is one cooked dish, fish & chips no other meals offered. Is this the only hotel in uk without a proper bar menue? There is a restaraunt it was empty and not recommended by the staff. What a weird setup. ( There was a very vigorous growth of black mildew in the bathroom, very common in uk hotels. When will house- keepers supply mildew killer to the cleaners, It works for 3 months.)
I found the staff particularly helpful - Steve in the Gym, Kay who did my massage in Alan Thomas Beauty, and a female barmaid - who made us more than welcome and was really accommodating.
Some of the hallways are a bit dated, but that's being really picky!
Great value for money if you include the fourteen days parking in your stay.
The long stay car park could be better sign posted, a bit difficult to notice the small lane that you have to go down.
What I like is the convenience to glasgow airport without the noise that is found at a closer location ,service to and from the Airport is first class and for the "fly away type traveller" this is my definate recomendation.
Bar meal was very good and so was the beer.
The carpets in the corridors are very stained,I also did not have an upgraded room.
Rooms were excellent and a very good breakfast. Very convenient airport facility
Rooms were very comfortable as was the bar area. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but the breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful
The hotel was let down badly by the grubby hallways leading to the rooms
The price & leisure centre
Room very cold, had to ask twice for a heater, dinner did not give value
Good location, welcoming staff, good facilities.
